This website collects no data
dossivue.com has no forms, uses no cookies, analytics or advertising tools, and loads no content from other websites. The server keeps no logs of visits to this website.
If you write to us
If you write to us (for example, to request a demo), we use your name, your email address and what you tell us only to reply and, if you ask, to arrange the demo.
- Legal basis: your consent when you write to us and, when you ask about the service, the pre-contractual steps you request (article 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
- Retention: for as long as the conversation lasts and at most one year after the last contact, unless you become a customer.
- Recipients: nobody, unless the law requires it. Emails are stored with our email provider, which acts as a data processor.
The sign-in page (login.dossivue.com)
When you sign in to Dossivue, the sign-in page checks your username and password with your company's copy of Dossivue and does not store them. To stop attacks, it keeps the IP address of failed attempts for 10 minutes, in the server's memory only. For each attempt it records only the time, the result and the company, never your password or your full username.
Data inside the app
The data you use inside Dossivue (your account, faults, tasks, invoices or chat) is processed by your company as the controller. We process it on your company's behalf, as a data processor, under the agreement signed with it. To exercise your rights over that data, contact your company.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict its processing, or ask for its portability by writing to contact@dossivue.com. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
